Our main mission as a church is to introduce people to Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.  How can
we do it?  It is really much easier than you might think. Really, there are just three steps:

  1. Admit that you need a Savior.  The Bible teaches us that "all have sinned and fall short of the
    glory of God" (Romans 3:23).  Sin is disobedience to God.  Because of sin, there is a great
    divide between God and man, and we cannot cross that divide without help.  The first step is to
    simply admit to God that you are a sinner.
  2. Believe that Jesus died for your sins.  God loves you so much that He sent his Son to die on the
    cross; to take our punishment upon Himself (John 3:16).  He died for you.  He became that
    bridge to cross that divide because God love's you.  We must accept the truth of Jesus death
    and that after three days, God raised Him back to life.  Jesus lives today and is our way to
    connect with God.
  3. Receive Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior.  Believing is important; it is also important to
    act on that belief.  You have to repent; turn from your old way of life and ask Jesus to be your
    Lord.  He will take up residence within you by the Holy Spirit and give you power to live your
    new life.  Just ask!
